One Intervention – Unlimited Possibilities

One Intervention – Unlimited Possibilities

Dr Joe Dispenza | 29 August 2023

This year, I’ve had the opportunity to share some exciting findings and feedback from our research team – and people who’ve experienced healing in this work.

We’ve talked about “the pharmacy within” – how we can intentionally signal genes to make specific proteins; the effects of remote Coherence Healing™ on children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder; what we’re learning about the body’s innate intelligence – and its ability to produce endogenous opioids; the extraordinary healing impacts of a collective consciousness, and, most recently, the scientific research paper we just published on meditation’s impact and influence on immunity.

Reflecting on these examples, and many others, it strikes me how very powerful this work is; how a single intervention is capable of addressing numerous health conditions, ailments, and diseases. By “single intervention,” I mean the application of this work in myriad forms. For some people, it’s practicing their meditations daily at home. For others, it’s an evolutionary leap at one of our Week Long Advanced Retreats.

However, the work is applied or practiced, numerous people are experiencing some degree of healing for countless ailments. And they’re doing it by overcoming themselves – their environments, their bodies, and time – through meditations that teach them to work with energy to inform matter.

The Old Model: One Intervention for One Condition

Compare that model – one intervention for limitless conditions – to what we’d see in a standard drug trial. Whether testing a new statin to lower cholesterol, or a new approach to chemotherapy for cancer treatment, or a new SSRI to treat depression … for most of these trials, one intervention (in the form of an exogenous compound, a medication) is being tested to treat only one condition or disease.

Now, think about the commercials we see on TV for a medication once it’s through trials and approvals and has been released to the consumer. After learning about the single condition the drug has been created to treat (allowing for occasional off-label uses or applications), we hear the long list of what are called “side effects” read aloud at the end of the ad.

I put “side effects” in quotes because they’re really direct effects from the chemical reactions that happen as a result of taking the medication. “Side effects,” then, are things you can expect to occur to some degree if you apply that intervention to treat the symptoms of that specific disease.

Finally, with these pharmaceutical interventions, we can reasonably question their efficacy. Because of the nature of blind studies, the purported benefits of the drug could in fact be placebo-related. And because of the requirements of triple-blind studies, we don’t necessarily know or understand which intervention is causing what result or reaction – or in whom. And, once the generic form of the drug comes into play, we’re dealing with wide variations of formulas – and, therefore, results.

So, in the best case, it’s one-to-one: one intervention to treat one disease – with a possible laundry list of unwanted “side effects” – and questionable efficacy when it comes to treating or healing the condition in question.

The New Model: One Intervention for Numerous Conditions

As I’ve shared some extraordinary testimonials and early research findings over the past few months, I’ve acknowledged that my own beliefs have been challenged by what we’re seeing and learning.

I was recently being filmed for a documentary, and they caught my reaction on camera when I learned a woman had regrown her thyroid after a thyroidectomy. I watched and rewatched a video of a man with a rare form of muscular dystrophy celebrate his newfound balance and mobility at one of our retreats. And, as I wrote about a couple of weeks ago, I watched as one person at a retreat, then another, and another – seven people in all – rose from their wheelchairs and took their first steps in years.

Time and again, my own beliefs are challenged – and changed – by the seemingly limitless potential we have to heal ourselves.

And the number of different diseases and conditions we’re seeing in these stories of healing continues to grow. Here’s an incomplete list from just the past year or two:

  • ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig’s disease)
  • Addiction
  • Anxiety, depression, and PTSD
  • Autism spectrum disorder
  • Chronic asthma and allergies
  • Blindness and numerous degenerative eye diseases
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Cancers of all types and stages
  • Carpel tunnel syndrome
  • COVID-19
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • Deafness
  • Eczema, psoriasis, and many other skin ailments
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Hashimoto’s thyroiditis – and all other types of thyroid disease
  • Muscular dystrophy
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Myasthenia gravis
  • Chronic pain
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • PTSD
  • Reproductive diseases and infertility
  • Sarcoidosis and other pulmonary diseases
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Stroke
  • Trigeminal neuralgia
  • Ulcerative colitis

… and many, many more. Every day, we learn of someone new who’s had a breakthrough.

So, with a single intervention, we’ve seen profound changes and improvement for multiple health conditions. And there are no “side effects,” unless you count a newfound love for life – and for yourself.

And our research shows – because these healings stem from our work with brain and heart coherence – we also see improvements in brain and heart function – along with immune system and gene regulation.

To see all of this with a single intervention – for many people, over the course of just seven days – is remarkable. And, because so many of us have become habituated to the limits and conditions of the one-to-one pharmaceutical model, with its accompanying side effects and varying efficacy, I wanted to call attention to it as a distinguishing characteristic of this work – one worthy of more discussion, exploration, and discovery.
