Tacoma Workshop Research Study

Dr Joe Dispenza | 17 February 2017

In February 2016, Dr Joe and his team performed a research study at an Advanced Workshop in Tacoma, Washington, where pre- and post-psychological evaluations were completed by 513 participants. In addition, saliva samples of cortisol and IgA levels in a subset of participants were measured to compare pre- and post-biological changes to a placebo group when elevated emotions were practiced three times a day, four days in a row. Quantitative EEG and HRV measurements were also performed in another subset to determine brain and heart changes before and after the workshop. This article has been submitted for peer review to the journal Brain Sciences. We are optimistic that it will be published by the end of 2020 or the beginning of 2021.
